Last week we warned you that this was going to be a heavy week.
You learned that breaking down the Drivers of Success unlocks the four ways that specific, difficult goals lead to higher performance than no goals or 'do your best' goals.
Taking each Driver and then reducing it down into Sub Drivers gives you the raw material required to take action, and apply the science of goals:

Please now break this down into seven Sub Drivers. We previously used the example of setting up your own business. For the exercise over the next week, imagine you had a big 'purpose'-level goal. For example, you want to establish a charity to help homeless people find accommodation. In Forbes.com, Steve Odland suggests one of your first Drivers of Success would probably be to develop an inspiring and aspirational vision, a clear and concrete mission and a set of values.
